What I collect.

Very little, and none of it is sold. This page lists exactly what is collected, which companies touch it, and how to have it removed.

What is collected

→Your email, if you join the list, request a free resource, or use the contact form. A first name only if you choose to give one, and it is optional.
→What you wrote in the contact form, so I can answer it.
→Order details if you buy something: name, email, country, and what you bought. Card numbers are never seen by me or by this site.
→Aggregate page views through Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no third-party ad tag. Analytics are counted in aggregate and cannot be traced back to you.

Who processes it

→Kit — the mailing list. Holds your email and any first name you gave.
→Resend — sends the transactional email, such as the free recipe.
→Lemon Squeezy — merchant of record. Takes payment, handles tax, holds order records.
→Manychat — Instagram DM automation, if you reached me by commenting or messaging on Instagram.
→Vercel — hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics.

Each of these holds the data under its own privacy terms. Your information is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.

How long it is kept

Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted.

Getting out

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom and it takes effect immediately. To have your data removed entirely, or to ask what is held about you, email max@maxloewphoto.com and it will be done. No reason needed.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
